Importance of Supplication in Islam

Dua is a form of worship about whose our Holy Prophet (PBUH) declared it to be the best form of worship. When we sit and make Dua in front of Almighty Allah for our wants and needs not only our Dua is answered by Allah but we also get reward for worshipping. When we make Dua we present ourself as weak in front of the authority and power of Allah. It is said that without Dua you cannot succeed and wih Dua you can never fail, thus showing the value and importance of making Dua. Dua is marked as a true worship which can never make a person proud or arrogant.
The most valuable and precious moment in human life is when he faces Allah and spends time with him alone. It is regarded as the most effective way to be alone with our Almighty Allah. To build a strong connection between Allah and yourself you need to make Dua. If you distance yourself from prayer and Dua you will take yourself away from Allah thus deteriorating your relation with Allah and bringing your religious activity to inactive state. Dua can be made at anytime and anywhere. There is no fixed place and time for making Dua. It is regarded as a magical weapon with the help of which we can change our destiny. We should make dua in every condition as it will move you closer to Almighty Allah.

Prayer is a great way to make the believer realize that he is alive. A person who spends his entire life in praying and making supplication is laden with awareness. The most comprehensive form of worship is Surat Al-Fatihah which is read during each prayer in a day. Believers tend to read this during their prayers and it is a mandatory part of worship that covers all forms of remembrance of Allah. The Surat Al-Fatihah is marked as the key to the Qur’an which carries the most beautiful and attractive sentences of prayer.
